The role will involve recruiting, supporting, and engaging program participants, mentoring them to develop employability skills that drive employment outcomes.The program focuses on addressing barriers such as travel, literacy, and access to local employer networks, leading to higher employment participation, increased education, better access to services, and socioeconomic gains for individuals and communities.The position requires liaising with government departments like the Department of Trade, Employment, and Training (DTET), community organizations, and service providers to ensure successful program delivery.
