Join our SCA Brisbane Sales team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do. This role is a 9 month contract position.
What does your day to day look like?
Deliver tailored, customer-focused solutions by understanding client needs, presenting with a total audio focus, and taking a proactive approach to maximize revenue through strategic selling.
Drive new business growth by consistently prospecting for opportunities, identifying client marketing challenges, and developing solutions in collaboration with internal teams.
Manage and grow a portfolio of agency clients across broadcast and digital channels, consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets and market share goals.
Maintain strong relationships and account management by setting clear goals for key accounts, providing accurate sales forecasts, and staying aligned with Customer Focused Selling principles.
Demonstrate strong industry expertise and personal accountability through continuous learning, effective time management, and engaging clients both during and outside of business hours.
What you'll need:
Proven experience in B2B sales and new business development, with 2–3 years of consistent, results-driven performance in generating and growing client accounts.
Skilled in identifying client needs and crafting tailored solutions, ideally within the media or advertising industry, to deliver mutual value and long-term success.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with a strong track record of engaging stakeholders and maximizing value for both clients and the business.
Highly motivated and emotionally intelligent, with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and build strong interpersonal relationships.
