Controlling the UGC production and digital marketing for our clients in-house gives us the ability to create cohesive branded content with combined creative and digital marketing strategy.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
We are looking for someone obsessed with social media, influencer culture and all things content creation to join our team and assist in managing and growing our network of influencers and content creators.
**About The Role**
As our Influencer & Talent Co-Ordinator, your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow our network or content creators and assist our production team in short-listing the most suitable creators based on our creative briefs.
- This is a flexible role, you must be able to work effectively from home with some office/team catch up days in Brisbane
- You will be required to assist in coordinating our content shoot days which are often located in Brisbane, Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast.
- We are open to part-time or full-time for the right person
**Primary Responsibilities**
- Source new content-creators and influencers for our UGC projects
- Manage and maintain our talent database ensuring all information is accurate and up-to date
- Work with our production team to short-list the most suitable content creators based on our creative briefs
- Work with our production team to co-ordinate and instruct content-creators on shoot days
- Assist with managing our internal social media channels and marketing initiatives
**About You**
- You live and breathe content creation and influencer culture
- You're obsessed with social media and content trends
- You're no stranger to TikTok & IG
- You're very organised and able to manage multiple projects keeping within timelines
- You're proactive and motivated
- You're an effective communicator
- Above all, you're fun and friendly and enjoy working with people
**Your Experience**:
- Working with influencers/content creators and sourcing talent for projects
- Worked within the e-commerce industry
- Have worked with project management apps like ASANA
- Managing time-sensitive projects and keeping within deadlines
