**Digital Learning Strategist Role**
The role requires an innovative professional to develop and deliver technology learning programs for the community.
In this capacity, you will:
* Develop and evaluate technology learning programs
* Be passionate about creative and emerging technologies
* Collaborate with internal and external partners
* Support digital literacy initiatives
* Assist patrons with library resources
* Contribute to branch operations
**Key Objectives**
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs that meet the technology and digital learning needs of the community
- Provide high-quality, efficient, and friendly library services that meet the diverse needs of the community.
**Requirements**
- Degree or equivalent qualification with relevant work skills and eligibility for professional membership to a relevant association
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
- Demonstrated experience in delivering digital literacy based training
- Demonstrated skills and aptitude developed in a customer service environment
- Working with Children Check

- Experience in developing and delivering digital literacy based training with a strong understanding of adult learning needs and principles of effective training and development
- Extensive knowledge and proficiency using ICT, including software, devices, and social media
- Knowledge and understanding of emerging and creative technologies in a community setting
- Knowledge and understanding of health and safety issues relevant to work activities and work area
