Asset Administrator - Maternity Leave Contract

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Asset Administration team member to join us on a 12-month maternity cover contract, with the possibility for extension.

Working across our Beresfield Office and Wallarobba Depot, you will support the Assets, Maintenance, Upgrades and Operations Team with essential administrative functions that keep our operations running efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the Assets and Maintenance & Upgrades teams.

Procure parts, consumables, PPE, and other materials by liaising with suppliers, sourcing quotes and organising/completing payments.

Oversee allocation, tracking, and upkeep of equipment and devices used during project closedowns and other projects.

Manage uniform allocation, tracking, and ordering for employees and new starters.

Maintain LV fleet registration, servicing and compliance documentation, and support liaison with accounts for registration payments.

Support maintenance planning when needed.

Prepare agendas, take minutes for company meetings.

Maintain the Master Key register and manage key allocations.

Arrange scrap and oil waste bin collections and coordinate servicing of safety equipment.

Oversee office inventory to ensure essential supplies are consistently available.


Core Competencies

Strong organisational and administrative skills, including document control, data entry, and register management.

Ability to maintain accurate spreadsheets, databases, and records.

Effective communication with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Managing competing priorities while maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail.

Working independently and collaboratively to build strong internal relationships.

Current NSW Driver's Licence.

Ability to travel between company worksites when required.


About You

Proven experience in office administration or operational support roles.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.

Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple registers and inventories.

Familiarity with vehicle servicing, registration processes, and asset management systems is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools to support meeting organisation and document management.

A proactive, solutions‑focused individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
