Job Title
A skilled Restoration Technician is needed to create a great first impression with customers by communicating effectively, having attention to detail, and possessing technical knowledge.
This role involves responding to new jobs, initiating mitigation protocols according to IICRC standards and company processes, communicating with customers about scope of work and establishing expectations, obtaining necessary documentation, and updating job files with loss information daily.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to new jobs and initiate mitigation protocols according to IICRC standards and company processes
* Communicate with customers about scope of work and establish expectations
* Obtain necessary documentation (Photos, Work Authorizations, Certificate of Completions etc.)
* Update all job files with loss information daily
* Maintain all restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping them clean and properly maintained
* Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
* Requirements:
* IICRC Certifications (WRT is required. ASD, Mold and Fire Cleaning are desired)
* 1-3 years experience in water restoration, mold remediation, and fire damage clean-up
* Valid Driver's License (No DUI's or suspensions in past 4 years)
* Able to lift and/or move up to 100 pounds
* Working knowledge of MICA, Xactanalysis, DASH and other restoration applications
