Accounts and Payroll Expert
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day payroll and accounts functions.
* Process end-to-end payroll for weekly and monthly cycles to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency within a busy production environment.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, including awards, employment agreements, and tax requirements.
* Manage accounts payable and receivable processing, including invoice matching and reconciliations.
* Support cash flow management through bank reconciliations and financial reporting.
* Assist with annual financial statements, budget preparation, and audit support.
* Provide exceptional customer service to respond to payroll queries and support employee onboarding from a payroll perspective.
About You:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar payroll or accounts officer role.
* Strong knowledge of payroll systems and Australian payroll legislation.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software.
* Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
