About the Role
1. Customer Service and General Administration: Providing timely and professional responses to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
2. Service Coordination: Coordinating field technicians to ensure prompt and effective service delivery.
3. Daily Invoicing and Order Management: Managing daily invoicing and order processing to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
4. Email and Phone Management: Managing shared email inbox and handling inbound and outbound phone calls to provide seamless communication with customers.
5. SLA Management: Ensuring compliance with customer service level agreements (SLAs) to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
About You
* Australian or New Zealand Citizenship or Permanent Resident
* Experience with data entry and analysis using MS Office - Excel
* Excellent customer service skills with experience in a call centre/team environment
* Familiarity with KPI targets and ability to work towards them
* A customer-centric focus with strong problem-solving skills
