About the Role Lumus Imaging Liverpool is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist to join our team.
This is a patient-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every patient feels welcomed, informed, and supported during their visit.
Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
What You'll Be Doing Managing appointment bookings and patient enquiries with professionalism and care Maintaining accurate patient records and completing data entry tasks Processing Medicare billing, payments, and performing end-of-day banking Assisting clinical staff to keep the workflow running smoothly Handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment What We're Looking For Tech-savvy: Confident using digital systems and troubleshooting issues Highly organised
