Immersive Experience Designer

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Immersive Experience Designer. As a key member of our creative team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering world-class brand activations and immersive experiences.
Working closely with the Associate Creative Director and the rest of the creative team from pitch to production, you will be instrumental in shaping strategically filtered fresh ideas, telling compelling brand stories, and driving strong tactile and/or technological engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create bold, innovative ideas for live experiences, pop-ups, installations, events, and activations.
* Develop strategically sound concepts that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
* Collaborate with creatives, strategists, designers, and production teams to refine and elevate ideas.
* Stay ahead of emerging cultural trends, technologies, and industry innovations to inspire fresh creative thinking.
Design & Visual Communication:
* Translate concepts into compelling mood boards, sketches, and visual storytelling decks.
* Work across 2D and 3D design to develop spatial layouts, scenic elements, and branded environments.
* Partner with motion designers, graphic designers, and 3D artists to bring ideas to life in immersive ways.
* Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand, visually stunning, and production-ready.
Presentation & Storytelling:
* Develop and present high-impact pitch decks that sell in creative ideas with clarity and energy.
* Confidently articulate creative concepts to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders.
* Write clear, persuasive creative rationales that connect ideas to strategic objectives.
Collaboration & Execution:
* Work closely with commercial/partnerships, strategists, client service and production teams to ensure client objectives and feasibility of ideas.
* Support the creative development process from initial brainstorms through to final execution.
* Attend site visits, creative workshops, and production meetings to ensure design integrity.
* Adapt ideas based on client feedback, logistical considerations, and budget constraints while maintaining the creative vision.
About You:
* 3-4 years' experience in experiential, events, activations, or brand storytelling.
* A strong portfolio showcasing immersive, high-impact experiences and activations.
* A deep understanding of audience engagement, brand storytelling, and live experiences.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
* Experience in SketchUp, Blender or Cinema 4D favourable.
* Passion for spatial design, digital integrations, and interactive installations.
* Strong ability to concept, sketch, and visualize ideas in a compelling way.
* Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to sell creative ideas with confidence.
