Job Title: Accounts Administrator
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced accounts administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for general office administration and customer service, as well as data entry and invoicing through Xero.
Key Responsibilities:
* Data Entry and Invoicing: Accurately enter and manage financial data using Xero.
* Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
* Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including supplier invoice processing and weekly payroll management.
Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in payroll/accounts administration.
* Skill Set: Demonstrated experience in payroll/accounts administration, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
