About the role
* Manage front-of-house reception and family enquiries
* Maintain enrolment records and documentation
* Support billing, bookings, and general centre administrationCoordinate communication with families and internal teams
* Assist with compliance and reporting requirements
* Provide day-to-day operational admin support to the Centre Manager
About you
* Previous administration or customer service experience
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner
* Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and documentation
* Able to juggle priorities in a busy environment
* Passionate about supporting a child-safe, family-focused service
