The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Occupational Therapy will contribute to the development and implementation of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at ACU Ballarat. The role is full-time and continuing on the Ballarat campus.
About The Role
Operating within Occupational Therapy (Ballarat), the Lecturer or Senior Lecturer (Level B/C) is part of an established national and local team of academics. The role involves significant contributions to the development and implementation of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy at Australian Catholic University on the Ballarat campus. The program has included efforts to decolonise the curriculum, and cultural supports are available within the school, faculty and university for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants. ACU emphasises community engagement and local collaboration. The Lecturer/Senior Lecturer will work closely with the campus Course Coordinator, the Deputy Head of School, the Head of Discipline and other staff to ensure effective implementation of the Occupational Therapy course.

- Lecturer: Total remuneration valued to $142,635 - $168,220 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $120,529 - $142,305 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. Senior Lecturer: Total remuneration valued to $178,414 - $193,705 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $151,018 - $164,087 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level C), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on commencement date.
