Purpose
As an Executive in our Corporate Practice, you'll be part of a supportive team, helping deliver smart strategies and impactful campaigns that shape reputations and drive real results.
Your Responsibilities
* Conduct research to support pitch activities.
* Provide effective administration support and completing assigned tasks to deadlines.
* Liaise with suppliers, such as venues, photographers, printers and press cutting agencies.
* Perform basic media relations coordination, including creating media lists; conducting media research; updating media database; tracking forward features.
* Prepare press materials and press packs with guidance from supervisors.
* Contribute to preparation and planning for projects including budget and program planning.
Your Skills and Experience
* PR experience in an agency environment either through an entry-level role or internship, with exposure to corporate/B2B media relations
* Core PR skills; from planning, writing, influencer and media engagement
* Client management and an ability to work collaboratively with people from diverse disciplines
* A genuine interest in business, media, and current affairs
* Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and working to deadlines
