Requirements
* Diploma qualification in a relevant field
* Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or quick-service restaurant management role
* Proven leadership and staff management skills
* Experience with inventory control, budgeting, and cost management
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make operational decisions confidently
