About You
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
* Current Enrolled Nurse registration with AHPRA
* Exceptional Patient Care: Aligning to policy and working within your scope of practice to assess, plan, implement and deliver comprehensive care plans that reflect the identified needs and goals of the patient.
* Critical Thinking: Identify and develop safe and effective strategies to improve practice and patient safety.
* Communication and Teamwork: Maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders, patients, carers and families.
