We're looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to join a leading Corporate Real Estate advisory firm that delivers end-to-end solutions: workplace strategy, transaction management, design, and project delivery. We partner exclusively with clients to help them create workplaces that align with their people, process, and brand. Description What you'll do: Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, and market research Educate potential clients on the value of engaging expert workplace advisors Build and manage relationships with senior executives, turning conversations into long-term partnerships Manage the sales process end-to-end - from lead generation to closing deals Represent the business at industry events, conferences, and networking functions Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, and project management) to deliver an integrated client solution Profile About you: This role isn't for everyone.
