Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst (HR Service Delivery)
Contract: 3-Month Contract
Location: Melbourne / Canberra / Sydney – Hybrid
Security Clearance: Australian Citizen with Baseline Security Clearance
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst with strong HR Service Delivery (HRSD) experience for a 3-month contract engagement.
Key Requirements:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Business Analyst, ideally within HR Service Delivery (HRSD)
* Strong background in Service Catalogue development and business process analysis
* Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements
* Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams
* Australian Citizen with existing Security Clearance (mandatory)
