We provide legal help, advocacy, and education to support people to understand and exercise their rights. Our work spans tenancy, disability rights, seniors' rights, and general legal services.

Your Work Will Focus On

* Delivering community education and training
* Building strong relationships across the sector
* Coordinating responses to older persons abuse
* Identifying systemic issues and contributing to reform
* Supporting a small caseload (generally under 10 clients)

You will work closely with the Seniors Rights Team Leader and contribute to broader advocacy led by the organisation.

* Coordinate and support stakeholder networks
* Build partnerships with community, government, and service providers
* Contribute to systemic advocacy and policy work
* Support community awareness campaigns
* Maintain a small, prioritised caseload

You Bring

* Experience in community services, advocacy, social work or similar
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Experience supporting people experiencing vulnerability or disadvantage
* Confidence working across different service systems

Experience in older persons abuse, community education, or program coordination is highly regarded.

What We Offer

* SCHADS Level 6 salary (above award)

* A supportive, multidisciplinary team
