We're hiring an experienced Digital Project Manager for a 12-month contract to lead complex ICT initiatives around D365, owning end‐to‐end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and outcomes in a high‐profile, fast‐moving environment onsite in Canberra.
Your day at NTT
* Successfully deliver D365 implementations and upgrades, aligning business requirements with technical design, build, test and deployment activities.
* Establish and run strong project governance for digital programs, including schedules, risks, dependencies, financials, and executive reporting.
* Lead cross‐functional delivery teams and vendors to integrate existing systems in a secure environment.
* Engage senior stakeholders and business owners to manage scope, priorities and change impacts across D365‐enabled business processes.
* Drive adoption and value realisation of Digital solutions, ensuring quality outcomes through change management, training and post‐implementation reviews.
What would make you a good fit for this role?
* A minimum of 5 years' experience leading complex ICT projects and programs.
* Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business partners, cross-agency collaborations and service providers.
* Experience with digital application projects, frameworks and methodologies including waterfall and Hybrid Agile.
* Ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with a range of stakeholders, including Departmental Executive.
