Inland Petroleum is a trusted fuel and lubricants supplier serving western and north‑western NSW. We're hiring a Logistics Scheduler in Dubbo to take the lead on daily bulk‑fuel movements across a well‑maintained Kenworth fleet. If you've worked in transport scheduling or you're an experienced driver ready to step into the office, this role gives you the responsibility, tools, and impact to keep essential industries moving.
What you'll be doing
* Coordinate and optimise daily fuel delivery runs across the Central West region
* Manage schedules for a fleet of Kenworth trucks and align resources with demand
* Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements (HSEQ focus)
* Collaborate with drivers and operations to keep deliveries on time and customers informed
* Use digital systems (including Excel) to drive decisions and maintain accurate records
What we are looking for:
* Solid experience in transport/logistics scheduling or a strong truck‑driving background with appetite to transition into office‑based planning
* Proven competency with Excel and digital tools, comfortable working from data
* Cert IV in Transport & Logistics is advantageous; exposure to HSEQ or the fuel industry is a plus
