Job Description:
As an Injury Management Specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our culture of safety and wellbeing. You will be responsible for coordinating person-centered return-to-work plans, navigating workers' compensation across multiple jurisdictions, building trusted relationships with injured staff, insurers, brokers, and leaders.
* Develop practical return-to-work plans that prioritize the needs of injured staff.
* Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations across states by maintaining accurate records and managing wage payments and reimbursements.
* Cultivate partnerships with people to support safe and sustainable returns to meaningful work. This includes working closely with injured team members, managers, HR personnel, insurers, and providers to remove barriers to recovery.
