We are currently seeking reliable and motivated staff to join our organization in a customer-facing role. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and have the ability to work independently.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to queries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide quotes and product information to customers
* Enter orders to be processed
* Liaise with dispatch team to ensure orders are processed and prepared accurately and efficiently
* Create and maintain daily run sheet for drivers
* Making freight bookings and ensuring parking
* Process invoices and credits
* Provide administrative support to delivery teams
* CHEP (Pallet) recording
* Manage daily driver forms (weights and daily driver forms)
Working Hours:
Monday 5:30am - 1:30pm
Tuesday to Friday 6am - 2pm
