About The Role
Operating within the Faculty of Education and Arts, the Senior Adviser is responsible for driving and managing strategic initiatives and directions within the Faculty of Education and Arts (FEA), aligning with the faculty's strategic priorities and ACU's Mission and Vision 2033. The role provides high-level strategic advice to the Executive Dean, Faculty Executive and leadership teams, to position the faculty to maximise and leverage its distinctive combination of disciplines and expertise in national and global contexts. The role engages with partners across portfolios and with external stakeholders to develop submissions and reports related to the faculty's strategic directions and global environment. The Senior Advisor will play an integral role in shaping the future of the faculty and will contribute to its overall success.

What We Offer

* Total remuneration valued to $160,162 - $170,900 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $135,360 - $144,538 (pro rata) pa (HEW 9), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
* 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
* Annual leave loading equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
