Claims Broker Job Description
* This is a key role within our organisation, responsible for the timely and favourable settlement of claims.
The Claims Broker will liaise with underwriters, assessors, legal advisers to achieve settlement. This involves regular communication with clients to ensure they are informed of the status of their claims in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have excellent negotiation skills and be able to think creatively when resolving complex issues. They will also possess strong analytical skills, being able to identify potential risks and develop effective strategies to mitigate them.
