What You'll Do
* Conduct external auditing, financial statement assessments, and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
* Analyze, identify and resolve complex business issues using effective strategies.

* Maintain a commitment to integrity, ethical behaviour, and build trust with clients and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
* Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end audits and delivering statutory reports for large private and listed organisations.
* Strong collaboration skills and ability to shape financial audit strategies and methodologies with cross-functional teams.
* Deep knowledge of internal controls, with a track record of assessing, designing, and documenting control environments.
* Proven ability to coach and mentor junior colleagues while building effective internal relationships.

Salary
The minimum salary for a Senior Associate in this role is AUD 89,100, including superannuation. Higher grades will receive a salary range above this in line with the salary bands for these positions.
