Monadelphous is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis.
This is a local role which will see you working on various Fixed Plant and CHPP sites across the Upper Hunter Valley Region, based out of the Mt Thorley Office.

Key Responsibilities will include:
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities of crews.
* Ensure compliance with Monadelphous, client, and legislative HSE requirements.
* Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of shutdown tasks.
* Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and environmental performance.
* Lead by example and foster a positive team culture.
What you will bring:
* 3 years minimum experience as a site-based supervisor.
* Must hold Australian recognised Metal Trades Qualification – Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker.
* Fixed Plant and shutdown experience preferred.
* The drive to get hands on and lead by example.
* Strong ability to manage time to achieve tight deadlines.
* Experience in effective planning, scheduling, budgets, variations, management of personnel, resources and equipment to meet Project requirements.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Australian working rights.
