ABOUT THE ROLE
As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales results for your business. In your role you will:
* Create a sales driven culture within the store through daily coaching and support
* Ensure all KPI's are met with a strong focus on customer service
* Analyse sales reports to identify and develop action plans for underperforming categories and products
* Coach and mentor your team
* Provide stock feedback and manage inventory
