About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled tradesperson to lead site operations on structural retaining wall projects. This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on leader who takes pride in their workmanship, communicates effectively, and can drive results from the front.
* Oversee daily site activities on structural retaining wall projects
* Lead and coordinate crew members and subcontractors
* Maintain high quality finishes and build integrity
This role requires a trade-qualified Carpenter or Plumber with experience in civil/earthworks, trenching, drainage, and ground shaping. A competent excavator or machinery operator is also desirable.
