About the Role: We’re looking for experienced high intensity Support Workers who can help our participants live life with choice, independence, and confidence. This rewarding role includes a mix of day, afternoon, and evening shifts providing high intensity support.
To be considered for this opportunity, it’s ideal if you bring:
Experience with personal care and manual handlingKnowledge of epilepsy and seizure managementExperience supporting people with autism and behaviours of concernStrong communication skills and experience working with non-verbal participantsExperience working with adolescents with dysphagia/PEG feedingA willingness to work a variety of weekday shifts and weekendsExperience supporting participants with complex care needs
