Commercial Collective is looking for a motivated and driven individual to join our Sales & Leasing team, specialising in industrial assets.

The industrial property market has consistently proven to be one of the most popular and resilient asset classes, offering strong demand, long-term growth, and exciting opportunities for agents who want to build a rewarding career.

This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone with core skills in:

- Residential or Commercial Sales & Leasing

- Valuations

- Property Development

- Or anyone looking to transition into a career in commercial and industrial property

We provide comprehensive on-the-job training and mentoring, giving you the tools, knowledge and support to succeed in the industrial sector. You will work closely with our experienced team, gaining exposure to sales & leasing, client management and negotiations, all while building valuable local market expertise.

What we’re looking for:

- Current Real Estate Certificate

- A motivated self-starter with a passion for property

- Strong communication skills

- Previous experience in residential sales, valuations, property development, or related fields (preferred but not essential)

- Eager to build a long-term career in the commercial real estate industry

- High level of professionalism, organisation, and attention to detail

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage the transaction of a portfolio of industrial assets

- Source and secure sales and leasing appointments through proactive prospecting

- Build solid relationships with landlords, tenants, investors, and local businesses

- Conduct inspections, prepare campaign strategies, and manage negotiation processes

- Provide market insights, valuation inputs, and reporting to clients and stakeholders

- Work collaboratively with internal marketing, research, and administrative teams

- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting within internal systems
