About the role and what you would do in this role
A permanent, full time opportunity exists for an experienced Storeperson / Driver to join the team.
Responsibilities:
* Delivering customer orders
* Liaising with customers & suppliers regarding goods, delivery dates and availability
* Reconciling inwards and outwards goods against invoices / delivery dockets
* Picking, packing and labeling outgoing goods
* Providing general support to the Branch Manager and the branch team
* General store work and housekeeping (including OH&S)
Qualifications:
* Willing to learn new systems & rapidly gain product knowledge
* Able to accurately process orders, purchase orders and quotes
* Having a current driver's licence with a clean driving record
* Current forklift licence
* Customer-focused and able to build relationships
* Focused on a high level of attention to detail
* Will to display a strong work ethic and roll up sleeves
