**How will I help?**
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient **Executive Assistant **to join our team providing support to the Head of Business Lending Risk, and (as capacity allows) to other members of the CBB Risk leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various activities, including event management, travel arrangements, administration, system management, and maintaining relationships with internal and external partners. You will also be the central point of contact for team members across the wider team.

**What do I need?**
You are an experience Executive Assistant looking for your next opportunity To excel in this role, you'll be highly organised and consider diary management to be your greatest skill as an experienced Executive Assistant. You possess excellent computer literacy. Having a strong knowledge of the Westpac systems, policies, and processes, would be highly valued. You have excellent communication and relationship-building skills and have a strong attention to detail. With experience working in a fast-paced environment and comfortable handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
You're a self-leader who can work independently and prioritise tasks effectively as they arise. You will be a vital part of the team, so having an approachable nature and the ability to work well with other members of the leadership team is crucial.
