We're seeking an experienced Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Centre Manager to lead our service at Speers Point Public School.
About the Role
As a Centre Manager, you'll lead the daily operations of your OSHC service, support a team of Educators, create meaningful programs, build strong community relationships and ensure quality care before school, after school, and during holidays.
Work across split shifts Monday to Friday. Service timings at Speers Point Public School: Before School Care 6:30am–8:30am; After School Care 3:00pm–6:00pm. Total hours per week: 38 (including admin time).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the daily operations of an OSHC service.
* Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate programs.
* Build positive relationships with families, schools and the wider community.
* Ensure compliance with NQF, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
* Manage enrolments, staffing rosters, budgets and service administration.
About You
You're a confident and capable leader with a genuine passion for working with children and supporting your team. You thrive in dynamic environments and bring energy, professionalism and care to everything you do.
You'll have:
* A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
* A National Criminal History Clearance Certificate valid within the last 6 months (or willingness to obtain).
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (completed or working towards).
* Mandatory Child Protection Training Certificate.
* First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate.
* Food Safety Certificate.
* Right to work in Australia.
* Leadership experience in OSHC or Early Childhood settings.
* Knowledge of the NQF and My Time, Our Place framework.
* Strong communication & organisational skills.
