* Qualified Speech Pathologist with relevant registration
* Experience working with disability, developmental or neurological conditions (NDIS experience desirable)
* Strong assessment, problem-solving and clinical reasoning skills
* Excellent communication and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Commitment to person-centred, evidence-based practice
