The Role
A rare opportunity has become available to work alongside one of our established agency partners, Corina Nesci, and a highly experienced senior agent in our Bowral office. We are seeking a driven and confident Sales Assistant with outstanding communication skills, strong initiative, and the ability to work both autonomously and within a team, providing key support across sales, prospecting, and client engagement.
Please only apply if you hold a Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice or a valid Certificate of Registration and have Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
Duties include, but are not limited to
* Buyer communication and follow-up across stock and database enquiries
* In-house CRM system management and data integrity
* Assisting with open homes, listing presentations and auctions
* Client callbacks, buyer feedback and written reports
* Ad hoc sales administration duties when required
* Meeting daily and weekly prospecting and activity targets
* Attending weekly sales training, sales meetings and company events
* Systems/platforms including: Agentbox, RP Data, RateMyAgent, RealHub, REA.com, Domain, Smart Sheets, social media platforms, Shire Maps

What You'll Need
* Previous real estate experience preferred
* Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence — essential
* Must hold Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organisation and time management abilities
* Highly presentable, professional and friendly
* Ability to work well under pressure
* High attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
* Comfortable managing detailed admin and data entry
* Motivated to build a long-term career in real estate
