What You'll Be Doing
In this hybrid role you will serve as a thought partner, product specialist, solutions architect, and client advocate for tax and legal advisory teams.
1. Build trusted relationships with tax partners, legal advisory leaders, and consulting teams to address pain points and identify high‐value opportunities.
2. Collaborate with Go To Market and Customer Success to own client relationships: run pilots, onboard new users, and guide firm‐wide adoption.
3. Act as the voice of tax and legal advisory users within Legora, feeding insights into product development and strategic direction.
4. Deliver clear product demos and training to tax partners, advisory teams, and legal consultants.
5. Document best practices, contribute to scalability playbooks, and help shape global function growth.
6. Help teams navigate the shift to AI, evaluating ROI, competitive advantage, and mapping impact across service lines.
What You Bring
Background in tax or legal advisory with experience at a Big 4 firm or leading professional services practice, ideally across multiple service lines or jurisdictions.
7. Tech‐curious and product‐savvy; comfortable in technical conversations about generative AI, implementation, and productivity.
8. Strong communication skills, translating across disciplines from tax partners to engineers.
9. Ability to bring structure to ambiguity and maintain composure in a fast‐moving environment.
10. Experience evaluating and improving processes with emerging technology.
11. Proactive, self‐directed, and can juggle multiple client relationships.
12. High quality focus without perfectionism, delivering and refining over time.
13. Understanding of commercial realities: efficient team use, value demonstration, multi‐jurisdictional matters, balancing technical and commercial delivery.

$180,000 – $260,000
