Job Description Summary
* Oversee a professional support team with responsibility for staff development, performance management, operational control and shift scheduling
* Ensure customer cases are responded to within SLA targets and maintained at a professional level
* Act as escalation point for customers and resolve issues appropriately
* Hold accountability for customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement in processes and service delivery
* Develop and train support team members to meet business needs
* Collaborate with leadership to develop growth and transformation initiatives
Key Requirements
* Substantial CLI experience with Linux at a technical level (Support, Development, Implementation)
* Leadership experience, preferably including team management
* Proven ability to operate under pressure with strong customer focus
* Fluent communication skills (verbal and written) and preferably fluent in two languages, English being primary
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Technical knowledge of Linux Desktop, OpenStack, Public Cloud or Virtualization technologies
* Proven track record of contributing to open source projects
* Software development experience
* Experience working in support organizations
* Hands-on experience with our products
