* Process customer orders, inquiries, and complaints with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring all information is properly documented and tracked
* Provide comprehensive product and service information to customers, demonstrating sound knowledge of our offerings and industry procedures
* Support the sales team by preparing quotes, proposals, and sales materials that help drive business growth
* Manage customer communications through multiple channels, responding promptly and professionally to all inquiries
* Maintain and organize customer records and sales data using CRM software and other administrative systems
* Analyze customer feedback and sales trends to identify opportunities for improvement and share insights with the team
* Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests and resolve issues in a timely manner
* Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry to keep operations running smoothly
* Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team environment by supporting colleagues and sharing best practices
* Monitor inventory levels and communicate stock information to relevant departments as needed
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role with demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues
* Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other standard business applications
* Excellent organizational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail
* Sound understanding of sales procedures, order processing systems, and customer service best practices
