Are you a highly organised Contract & Sales Administrator with experience in real estate or property development?

In this pivotal role, you'll support a team of channel agents and project leaders, expertly managing the end-to-end contract and sales administration process with precision, professionalism, and a sharp eye for detail.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage the full sales and contract administration process from lead generation to settlement
- Coordinate contracts, commissions, and all necessary sales documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system (preferably Propertybase)
- Liaise with channel agents, buyers, solicitors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth deal progression
- Oversee the on-site display suite, including stock, marketing collateral, and tech systems
- Respond promptly to buyer enquiries and assist with valuations, inspections, and handovers
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Director and marketing teams as needed
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in real estate or property development contract exchange, settlements and sales administration
- Strong understanding of sales contracts, compliance, and the buyer journey
- High attention to detail with excellent organisation and time management skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable using CRM platforms, ideally Propertybase
- Certificate of Registration (COR) required
