The Central Community Coordinator plays a crucial role in planning, coordinating, and delivering events and engagement initiatives across multiple sites. This role ensures that events are inclusive, strategically aligned, well-communicated, and effectively documented.
The successful candidate will have strong project management skills, experience in stakeholder and client relations, effective communication and interpersonal skills, high-level organization and attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirements
* Event Planning and Coordination: Plan and coordinate events and engagement initiatives across multiple sites.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with stakeholders, including Culinary Services, Tastelife, Operations, and other teams.
* Communications and Promotion: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to promote events and engagement initiatives.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report on event outcomes and engagement metrics.
* Administrative and Operational Support: Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth event execution.
Key Qualifications
* Project Management Experience: 2-3 years of experience in project management and event management.
* Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
* Organizational Skills: High-level organization and attention to detail.
* Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
