We are currently looking for an outgoing and customer-focused Service Advisor / Call Centre Operator to join our Service team in East Maitland.

Our ideal candidate will demonstrate :
* High standards of professionalism and personal presentation
* A current NSW Drivers Licence
* Exceptional communication and customer service skills
* A good knowledge of vehicle servicing and repairs
* Confident computer skills (particularly with dealer management systems)
* The ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment
* Clear communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Willingness to work in a team environment
You will be responsible for assisting our customers from start to finish with a high level of efficiency and accuracy - From the moment they step through the doors of our service department, to the moment they drive away. This will involve:
* Answering phones and arranging bookings
* Quotations, costing and invoice completion
* Liaising with Technicians to ensure customers are kept up to date on the progress of their vehicle
