The Community Rehabilitation Program at Alfred Health, based at Caulfield Hospital, offers comprehensive, client-centered rehabilitation services through Home Based, Centre Based, and Falls Clinic services. The multidisciplinary team includes Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, and other health professionals, working collaboratively to support clients' recovery following illness or injury.
The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our Community Rehabilitation team. The successful candidate will provide client-centered rehabilitation services both in clients' homes and at the rehabilitation center.
