Your role?
The role supports internal and external communications and PR, including events, social media activity and activations to drive engagement of employees and stakeholder relations.
You will work closely with our amazing teams, getting to know them and their achievements so that you can find ways to share and highlight across our staff. Externally, you’ll develop and execute a strategy to drive engagement in our business including the career opportunities that we offer.
The role reports to Executive in Charge (EIC) and will work closely with our Global Comms and PR team, and local studio leaders.
What will you be doing?
Communication
1. Work with studio leadership to create meaningful and impactful internal and external communications plans, events and communication across key external partners and internal priorities.
2. Write and create timely and meaningful news and updates for Employees and external audiences, working in collaboration with PR/communications colleagues.
3. Educate stakeholders about the benefits of increasing our external brand locally
4. Help promote studio news and information to various audiences, including via social media and PR.
Public Relations
5. Ensure local understanding around external confidentiality is maintained at all times, to ensure our team are clearly briefed on what has been cleared for PR use.
6. Support the Global PR team in tracking and responding to general media enquiries
7. In partnership with the EIC, work with Industry partners in promoting our capabilities.
To be a contributing member of this team, you will have a mix of these skills:
8. Previous experience in the Film industry (or other related industries e.g. media) experience an advantage.
9. Proactive
10. A background in areas of media, communication/PR would be advantageous
11. Resourcefulness, creativity, flexibility and a passion for ILM, Entertainment
12. Ability to multitask in a team environment with ever-changing deadlines and strict budget constraints.
13. Advanced level of all Google applications and presentation creation skills
14. General negotiation and relationship management

17. Excellent Time Management and organisation skills to ensure all priorities and multiple deadlines are met
