The Role:
* Diary and email management
* Coordinate and attend property photoshoots
* Coordinate marketing collateral including updating social media
* Liaise with vendors, buyers and solicitors
* Full sales administration support to a team of 3 agents
* Preparing and attending weekly meetings
* Assisting with the exchanging of contracts & settlement process
* Maintain team stock and settlements presents
* Prepare all open inspection packs for mid week and weekend inspections
* Coordinate auction preparation
* Ad hoc administration duties
The Candidate:
* Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
* A Current Certificate of Registration
* Ability to manage a prestigious work load with high end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
* Provide a high stand of customer service
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
* Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
