**Customer/Client Support Consultant** to join the client service centre at a leading Australian Personal Injury Law Firm. This team is a bunch of great listeners, strong communicators & above all empathetic & caring people who are there to support their clients with their legal journey.
Now, they are looking to grow their team with like-minded, customer-centric creative thinkers who are looking for their next challenge.
As a Customer/Client Support Consultant, your responsibilities will all revolve around customer service. You will be following up on enquiries & supporting clients at the very first point of their legal journey as well as ensuring all information & documentation is accurate within the system. This role is varied & will give you a chance to do some really interesting work that can make a real difference in people's lives.
