Key responsibilities for chef positions include but are not limited to:
* Creativity and passion for the industry
* Ability or willingness to understand all financial requirements including weekly budgets, and food costings
* Generating and assist in menu ideas
* Assist in the management of the kitchen and staff in accordance to company standards
* Maintaining an effective communication channel between yourself and the head chef and restaurant manager
* Display leadership qualities that will inspire your team of kitchen staff
Successful applicants must have:
* Experience in high quality food

* Trade qualifications
* Available to work a variety of shifts
* Function & high volume experience
* Strong leadership abilities
* Excellent communication skills
