About The Role
In this fast-paced coordination role, you’ll work alongside Project Managers, site teams, and stakeholders to help deliver vital upgrade works across schools, public spaces, and community housing assets. You’ll provide administrative and project support across tendering, documentation, scheduling, and customer communication — helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
Employment Type: Full-time, 6-month contract (with potential to extend)
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with RFQs, tender documentation, and estimating support
* Coordinate trade schedules and stakeholder communication
* Maintain workflow tracking and document control
* Support claim management, monthly reporting, and milestone tracking
* Liaise with community housing providers, consultants, and suppliers
* Assist with close-out documentation and handover processes
What You’ll Bring
* Experience in project coordination or construction administration
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
* Attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlines
* Understanding of construction workflows and documentation
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SharePoint and scheduling tools desirable
