The Opportunity
We're seeking a strategic and accomplished communications leader to shape and elevate Fyfe's brand, reputation, and stakeholder engagement across all channels. This is a rare opportunity to lead communications for a growing consultancy during an exciting period of development and transformation.
As Senior Communications Manager, you'll be the strategic architect and hands‑on driver of integrated communications that connect our technical expertise with meaningful stakeholder engagement. You'll lead a talented team, partner closely with executive leadership and the Clients & Markets team, and own the brand while ensuring every communication touchpoint reflects our values and supports our business objectives.
This role combines strategic vision with execution excellence—you'll develop the roadmap and roll up your sleeves to deliver outstanding results.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Design and deliver change management communications for strategic initiatives
- Lead all communications channels including digital platforms, website, social media, and corporate messaging
- Create high‑quality content across multiple formats—executive communications, media releases, presentations, and thought leadership
- Provide strategic counsel to Board, Executive Leadership Team, and Office of the CEO
- Lead and develop a high‑performing integrated communications team
- Partner with Clients & Markets team on proposals, capability statements, and event materials
- Establish metrics, governance, and best practice systems for enterprise communications
- Manage crisis and business continuity communications
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years in communications, marketing, or public relations with progressive responsibility
- Proven track record developing integrated strategies in complex organisations
- Experience managing change management and crisis communications
- Strong portfolio of diverse communication materials and campaigns
- Website, social media, and digital content management experience
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt for different audiences
- Proven people leadership and ability to influence C‑suite stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field
