About the Role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team in delivering quality care and making a positive impact on the lives of older Australians.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clinical Care: Conduct baseline and focused assessments using a Positive Wellbeing Model, develop and evaluate evidence-based care plans, monitor health outcomes, and respond promptly to changes in condition.
* Liaison with Internal and External Healthcare Professionals: Coordinate care and collaborate closely with residents, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to achieve the highest quality outcomes.
* Leadership Quality: Provide leadership to care teams, fostering a culture of respect, collaboration, and clinical excellence, support workforce management including mentoring staff and students, and ensure policy and compliance requirements are met.

Key Selection Criteria:
* Essential qualifications: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse, CPR certification and driver's licence, experience in aged care or similar clinical settings, excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team leadership skills, competency in electronic documentation and Microsoft Office suite, and full working rights.
* Desirable qualifications: Postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Dementia Care, or related areas, experience managing staff, students or volunteers in a clinical setting, familiarity with quality frameworks and accreditation standards in aged care.
